  This snippet keys on body.v28-dv2-customizer-endpoint instead — a class that
  is present in the server-rendered HTML at first paint — so the chrome is
  hidden in <head> BEFORE the bundle paints. No JS / tier-class dependency.

  Scope [v1.1]: @media (min-width:901px) matches the 7533 v1.5+ desktop
  floor (mobile <=900 | desktop >=901; v1.6 smart tier can keep portrait
  touch <=1200 mobile, but those widths also want this chrome hidden —
  7557 v1.1 covers them class-scoped, this covers pre-paint). Phones stay
  untouched (their cleanup stays with 7557). Only children of the OLD root
  (#v28-designer-v2-root) are hidden; the new shell (#v28d-shell-root) is a
  separate root and is never affected. Selector set mirrors 7741's exactly;
  7741 keeps its own dynamic-class rules (belt-and-braces).
